Design-Thinking for the Next Generation: Each&Other Partners with The B!G iDEA

Each&Other is proud to support The B!G iDEA, a national design-thinking programme that equips secondary school students across Ireland with the creative tools to solve real-world challenges, from mental health and social inequality to climate action and community wellbeing.

This award-winning initiative connects students with industry mentors to guide and inspire them as they develop their ideas into tangible solutions. By introducing design thinking early in the education journey, The B!G iDEA enables young people to think critically, act with empathy, and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

The B!G iDEA’s ethos aligns perfectly with our core values of continuous learning and active mentoring – values we live by within our own team. We regularly connect our global team through mentoring, and our weekly learning sessions ensure that ideas, insights, and inspiration are shared across our verticals and the geographical regions in which we operate.
